Important Shipping Update for U.S. Customers

Due to recent changes in U.S. Customs regulations, we are currently unable to ship orders over $800 USD to private individuals (B2C) in the United States.

What’s happening:

• As of April 5, 2025, the threshold for formal customs clearance has been reduced from $2,500 USD to $800 USD.

• This change has significantly increased processing times and caused multi-day delays for higher-value shipments.

• To help manage this situation, DHL has temporarily suspended all business-to-consumer (B2C) shipments over $800 USD to the U.S. starting April 21, 2025.

What this means for you:

• We can no longer ship orders over $800 USD to U.S. residential or personal addresses at this time.

• Orders under $800 USD are not affected and will continue to be shipped normally.

• Business-to-business (B2B) shipments over $800 USD to U.S. company addresses are still allowed but may experience delays.
