Ford Cosworth YB Engine Harness Information:
Chassis Options:

Universal Fit: This harness is plug and play to the Engine but will require a handful of wires hooked up to your chassis to function such as 12v+ Power Supplies, Fuel Pump/Engine Fan Relay Triggers, Tacho, Temp Gauge, Reverse Lights etc. A mating connector kit is included as well as pinout and wiring information. Universal Fit Harnesses are intended for Engine Swaps into Chassis's we don't supply a Plug and Play Harness for or more basic vehicles such as Rally/Drift/Track Cars etc. You can also add a Power Distribution module here if required. The price includes a Cartek PDM-4C or PDM-5 and integration to the Engine Harness. Integration to the Engine Harness provides a Chassis Connector with outputs for items such Fuel Pump, Engine Fan, Starter Motor etc. This makes installation of our Universal Fit Engine Harnesses even simpler :)
- Sierra Cosworth 2WD/4WD: Please choose what model your Sierra Cosworth is here. All Sierra Cosworth Plug and Play options include OEM functions such as Reverse Lights, Coolant Temp Gauge, Oil Pressure Light etc. A/C is available if required, please contact us for more information.
Intake Type:

- OEM 2WD or 4WD Turbo Intake Manifold: For use with the OEM 2WD or 4WD Turbo Intake Manifold and Single Throttle Body. Includes wiring for both the OEM TPS and Idle/ALS Valve. Optional Bosch E-Throttle also available.
- Jenvey ITB: Select this option if you are using a Jenvey ITB kit.
- Custom ITB/Other Intake: If you are using a custom ITB or Intake Manifold please let us know more information here.
Trigger Source:
Please select what Trigger Source you intend to use here.
- OEM Crank Pulley & Distributor/Cam Sensor: Select this option if you intend to use the OEM Crank Pulley & Distributor/Cam Sensor as your Crank/Cam Position source. Please note your selected ECU is required to have both a Crank and Cam VR input to suppor this trigger pattern. We highly recommend upgrading to a 36-1 Crank Trigger Kit as the older Cosworth Trigger Pattern can be problematic on some installations.
- Crank Trigger Kit Only: Select this option when using a 36-1 Crank Trigger Kit Only and have removed or do not intend to use the Cam Position Sensor in the OEM Distributor.
- Crank Trigger and OEM CAM Sensor: Select this option when using a 36-1 Crank Trigger Kit and wish to retain the OEM distributor for Cam Position.
- Other Trigger Kit: If you are using a custom Trigger Kit please let us know more information here.
Coil Type/Add Coil:
Please select what Ignition System you intend to use here.
- OEM Single Coil/Igniter: Select this option if you intend to use the OEM Single Coil/Igniter.
- Wasted Spark Coil: Select this option if you intend to use a Wasted Spark Coil. Please note some Wasted Spark Coils do not have integrated Ignition Modules and most ECU types will require same to function. We can supply a Coil with integrated Ignition Module below.
- Coil on Plug Harness: Select this option with the appropriate coil you require to add a Coil on Plug Harness.
- Add Coil: Select your required coil here. Price includes 4 x Coils.
Harness Add On's/Add Sensors:
Select any number of Harness Add On's you require here. You can also add any sensors you require in the Add Sensors Menu. If you require a Harness Add On not listed please contact us for more information.
