The Jenvey Ford Duratec 2.0L electronic fuel injection (EFI) individual throttle body kit (ITB) has been designed and developed in house to significantly increase performance and throttle response of your engine leading to a reduction in lap times. This engine was originally fitted into the Fiesta ST150, Mondeo, Focus, Cmax and Eco-sport. Designed in conjunction with Mazda it is also available as the Mazda MZR engine and used in the Mazda 3 and MX5
This super light weight Motorsport kit is fully port matched and port aligned with the Duratec 2L HE port angle of 20 Degrees. It is commonly used in Formula or Sports Prototype cars where the bonnet does not limit height. Standard Ford fuel injectors will not fit. See recommended injectors in options.
This kit includes:
- 4x Air Horns (90mm long)
- SF taper bore throttle bodies (48mm butterfly)
- 4x Bosch Motorsport Injectors
- Intake Manifold
- Fuel Rail with AN6 Inlet and Outlet Fittings
- Throttle Linkage Kit (Single, Double or Electronic Actuator) See note below.
- Contactless Throttle Position Sensor
- Remote Mount Pressure Regulator Housing and Adjustable Regulator with AN6 Fittings
- Installation Hardware
- Optional ITG Air Filter and Machined Carbon Backing Plate
Throttle Linkage Information:
Single Linkage: For use with basic road or track cars. Includes Single Throttle Cable and Linkage Kit
Double Linkage: For use in motorsport applications where a redundant cable/throttle spring is required. Includes 2 x Throttle Cables and Double Linkage Kit
Electronic Actuator: For use when controlling throttles via Electronic Throttle Control. This actuator removes the need for any throttle cable or linkage. An ECU capable of electronic throttle control is required.
